RETURNS POLICY

 

Terms and conditions:

  1. Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product.
  2. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, without signs of use.
  3. The return request must be sent via email to the address info@insideshop.eu, indicating the order number and the email associated with the purchase.
  4. The return procedure will be started only after receiving and verifying the returned product.

Return Procedure:

  1. Send an email to info@insideshop.eu specifying the order number and the email with which you made the purchase.
  2. You will receive detailed instructions on how to pack and return the product.
  3. Make sure you respect the 14 day period from the delivery date to make the return.

Reimbursement:

  1. Once the return has been received, the product will be checked.
  2. If the product is in adequate condition, the refund will be issued within a maximum of one week of receiving the return.
  3. The refund will be made via the original payment method.

Shipping fees:

  1. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  2. The customer is responsible for the correct shipment of the returned product.

Size change:

  1. The size change is free.
  2. Contact our customer service via email at info@insideshop.eu indicating the order number and the desired size.
